ABSTRACT
In this study, our focus was to carryout a critical analysis on effective product distribution and organizational performance. The study specifically was aimed at ascertain the effect of product distribution on organizational performance. The study adopted the survey research design and randomly enrolled participants in the study. A total of 75 responses were validated from the enrolled participants where all respondent are active workers in President Paints Nigeria. The findings revealed that When management responds by increasing sales force incentives to secure more force succeeds but once company slips in meeting delivery dates the sales force declines.
